Lannah Garcia

Lannah Garcia is a third-year undergraduate student at the University of California, San Diego, pursuing a B.S. in Political Science -- Public Law, and a minor in Environmental Studies. Her time as a student passionate about activism and equity, as well as an intern in the Public Defender’s Office, inspired Lannah to pursue a legal career and become an advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

During her time at UCSD, Lannah learned valuable leadership and communication skills through competing on the Mock Trial @ UCSD Team, and serving on its Executive Board as the previous Logistics Director and current Vice President. In her effort to promote empathetic support, Lannah worked as a Certified Peer Educator, providing resource navigation, emotional support and referrals for Triton2Triton, a 2024 Finalist of NASPA’s Outstanding Peer Education Group award.

After graduating from UCSD, she plans to pursue law school. In her free time, Lannah enjoys spending time with her close friends and family, reading, thrifting, and sewing.
